After Hours Care
While no one wishes for an emergency, it’s important to have plans in place in the event an urgent medical emergency does occur. Should your child experience a non-life threatening medical emergency outside of our office hours, you can call our main office number for instructions on how to be connected with our on-call physician. From there, the doctor will consult you on your child’s symptoms and give advice on next steps or whether further medical attention is necessary.

Same-Day Sick Visits
We take our responsibility for your child’s care very seriously. Therefore, at SF Bay Pediatrics, should your child become sick, we will make every effort to see them in our office the same day you call us, or first thing in the morning the next day. Please give us a call as early in the morning as possible to limit the amount of time you spend waiting in our office. If you believe your child might be infectious, please let us know in your call so we can make proper arrangements.
