What is MyChart?



SF Bay Pediatrics is now a UCSF Clinically Integrated Partner. We ask that all our patients sign up with UCSF MyChart to communicate with their care team. MyChart is an easy and confidential way to access your medical information, message your care team, update your personal & insurance information, pay bills, and see all of your upcoming appointments.

If you have not signed up for MyChart, please ask the representative to text or email you an activation code. Alternatively, you can visit ucsfhealth.org/mychart and click “sign up without an activation code”. You can also download the MyChart app on the App Store for iOS or the Google Play store for Android phones.
